Hi, we're Jon and Sue, owners and residents of J&S Design House.  We've been married for 20 years, and we've been design partners for about 15 of those years...and we even still like each other after all that...can ya believe it?

In the summer of 2007 we moved to the Treasure Valley of Idaho from Whitefish in northwestern Montana.  We know...we know....why in the world did we ever move to Idaho from Montana?  Well, we just have one word that'll explain it for ya - brrrrrrrrrrrr!

Actually...we just wanted to raise our five kids in a quiet, country setting...and we found a neat little place just south of Weiser right on the Snake River.  We're still close enough to the mountains to enjoy them...but not so close that we have to endure harsh winters...kinda the best of both worlds.

And best of all we get to catch 20 pound catfish practically in our backyard...although the carp are...well...ewwww!  Now we're aiming at a monster Sturgeon.  (how the heck do you land one of those things anyway?)

We've both been designers for lots of years, and we both love design...all kinds of design...but mostly we enjoy seeing people happy with what we can do for them.  Since we are a small business, we know what it's like to desire professional yet, affordable service.  We sincerely enjoy working with others, and going the extra mile in all we do.

There is one thing we try to do in every area of our life...and that is to simply treat others how we would want to be treated.
